Fibre laser cutting system Amada ENSIS 3015 AJ, first one of it’s kind in Nordic countries, has arrived at Veme.
System’s technical specs:

*Amada’s second generation fibre laser resonator with patented mode transformer(radius adjustment) with 0,01mm accuracy.
*Pulse frequency of 10 000 Hz, resulting in more accurate quality of cut surface
*New Amada’s AMNC 3i control
*Material size 1500 mm x 3000 mm
*Adjustable beam control unit allows cutting different materials without lens change
*Automatic nozzle changer with four nozzles
*WACS cooling system for steel over 10mm thick.
*Oil shot prevents sparks and splatter during piercing
*Z-axis sensor
*Active cut actively monitors cutting process and changes parameters when necessary.
*Maximum material thickness: Steel 25 mm, Stainless steel 10 mm, Aluminium 8 mm, Copper 4mm and Brass 5 mm.
